The Chanhong Kim Lab at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences (CEMPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences, is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Lab Manager to support our research activities in plant biology and chloroplast biology.

Position Overview
The Lab Manager will assist with the daily operation of the laboratory and provide administrative and technical support to ensure efficient research activities.
Responsibilities
General laboratory management and organization
Ordering and inventory management of laboratory supplies
Coordination of laboratory safety and maintenance
Assistance with sample and data organization
Support for research projects and laboratory administration
Communication with students, researchers, and collaborators
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biotechnology, plant science, or a related field
PhD degree is not required
Basic communication skills in both Chinese and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Employment Period
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term position and can stay in the laboratory for at least five years. In the event of resignation, at least three months' advance notice is required.
