研究工作

表观遗传机制主要研究DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA与染色质重构等不依赖于DNA序列的转录调控机制。该机制具有响应迅速、可逆调控等特点,在植物应对环境变化的响应过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究组以模式植物拟南芥及农作物水稻,棉花,番茄等为研究材料,以遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学及生物信息学为主要研究手段,探索植物表观遗传信息阅读与传递的新机制,并解析表观遗传机制在植物生长发育的有序调控、植物对病原免疫力的形成及植物-病原互作中的调控机理。主要研究方向有:

1.    基因内表观遗传组分(主要是DNA与组蛋白甲基化)的识别及调控基因表达的分子机制;

2.    表观遗传介导的植物形态建成与免疫机制;

3.    植物与病原真菌互作的分子机制;

4.    非编码RNA在植物-病原互作过程中的调控作用。
