1997.9-2001.7于安徽大学生命科学学院获得学士学位;
2001.9-2007.7于中科院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所获得博士学位;
2007.7-2011.9于美国普度大学进行博士后研究;
2011.9-2013.4 随普度大学博士后导师转至英国阿伯丁大学继续博士后工作;
2013.5- 中科院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所研究员
共在Science, Nature Cell Biology, Genes & Development, Plant Cell, Plos Genetics等国内外顶级或核心期刊上发表论文18篇,目前他引近800次。以第一或者并列第一作者已发表的论文有8篇,其中有5篇发表在上述一区期刊。此外还申请获得专利5项,国际专利1项,参与撰写高等教育出版社的《植物生理与分子生物学》第三、第四版。

研究工作

本课题组主要利用水稻和拟南芥研究植物适应土壤环境的分子遗传基础。由于植物的固着性,不同植物在适应不同土壤环境(如不同矿质营养、毒性元素的生物可获得性,水分状态等)的长期过程中,演化出不同的遗传和分子适应机理。我们结合群体遗传学,经典遗传学,反向遗传学,离子组学,分子生物学,基因组学,生物信息学以及深度测序技术等各种手段,利用全世界范围内收集的数百份拟南芥和水稻品系(accessions),研究它们在矿质元素吸收积累以及对于不同土壤逆境适应能力方面的自然变异,及其内在的遗传基础。我们同时也会开展人工突变体的筛选,并利用经典遗传学的手段鉴定参与调节植物矿质营养、毒性元素的吸收积累以及逆境适应的基因和基因网络,通过分子生物学、细胞生物学以及生物化学等手段研究相关基因的功能和作用机理。我们的研究不仅有助于理解植物演化和物种形成的遗传机制,对于提高农作物的水肥利用效率,增加农作物产量,改善粮食营养质量以及治理环境污染等人类生活的各个方面都具有重要的意义。
