先后获得国家基金委“杰出青年基金”“优秀青年基金”“基础科学中心”“重点项目”等资助。研究成果以通讯作者发表在Science, Nature, Molecular Plant, The Plant Cell和Cell Research等国际主流学术期刊上,是植物-微生物共生研究领域的前沿探索者,对该领域有重要影响。担任中国植物生理与分子生物学学会青年工作委员会主任,上海市植物生理与分子生物学学会秘书长。任New Phytologist、Science Bulletin、Plant Communication、aBiotech和Frontiers Plant Science杂志编委。获2014年“国家自然科学奖二等奖”,2018年“中国青年科技奖”,2019年“CSPB杰出青年科学家奖”和2020“科学探索奖”等。

研究工作

从事植物-微生物共生的分子机理研究。
(1)模式植物水稻、苜蓿-菌根真菌共生的分子机理;
(2)豆科植物-根瘤菌共生固氮的分子机理;
(3)植物根际微生物群组装和利用;
(4)非豆科植物水稻、玉米和小麦结瘤固氮可行性的探讨。

主要成果

围绕豆科植物-根瘤菌共生固氮,植物-丛枝菌根真菌共生开展研究,获得研究成果如下:建立以脂肪酸为核心的植物-丛枝菌根真菌共生营养交换与调控的理论框架(2017, Science; 2017, Molecular Plant; 2014, Plant Cell; 2018, Molecular Plant);发现菌根因子受体及其复合物,阐述了菌根因子信号转导途径(2014, Cell Research; 2015, Plant Journal; 2016, Nature Communications; 2019, Molecular Plant; 2018, Front Plant Sci; 2021, PNAS);发现豆科植物根瘤“奠基细胞”形成的分子基础(2021, Nature); 揭示根际微生物组装的规律和机制(2020, Science Bulletin; 2021, Molecular Plant)。
