先后承担基金委优秀青年科学基金、杰出青年科学基金、重点项目、重大研究计划等;获中国科协第十六届中国青年科技奖、中国昆虫学会第七届青年科学技术奖、中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖等;担任中国昆虫学会理事、上海市昆虫学会副理事长等,获上海市科技系统优秀共产党员等称号;入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,论文总引用超4000次。

研究工作

主要从事昆虫适应性进化研究,代表性研究成果发表在ScienceNatureCellNature Ecology & EvolutionCell GenomicsScience AdvancesNature CommunicationCell ReportsCell ResearchNational Science Review等国际学术期刊。

(1)昆虫季节性适应:解析昆虫季节性适应行为(迁飞、滞育等)调控的遗传基础和演化规律,探究昆虫种群对纬度、光周期、温度等环境因子的适应机制。

(2)昆虫食性演化:重点关注植食性昆虫对寄主的选择与适应机制,包括多食性与单食性昆虫的分化机制、近缘种间食性分化的演化机制、远缘物种间食性趋同的演化机制等。

(3)昆虫大数据与人工智能:基于跨物种、多组学数据挖掘昆虫性状多样性形成的组学规律,基于AI设计分子用于害虫防治和益虫利用。
