研究工作

主要从事昆虫适应性进化研究,研究成果发表在Cell(2011)、Nature(2014)、Nature Ecology & Evolution(2018、2019)、Nature Communications(2018、2021a、2021b)、Cell Reports(2022a、2022b)、Cell Research(2020)等国际学术期刊。

(1)昆虫季节性适应:解析昆虫季节性适应行为(迁飞、本地越冬)的分子调控机制和越冬方式多样性形成的遗传基础。

(2)昆虫食性演化:重点关注植食性昆虫对寄主的选择与适应机制,包括昆虫食性范围的决定机制、多食性昆虫与单食性昆虫的差异、近缘种间食性分化的演化机制、远缘物种间食性趋同的演化机制等。

(3)昆虫基因组进化:以多种典型的昆虫适应性性状为抓手,开展比较基因组、比较转录组等多组学的大尺度跨物种研究,探究昆虫适应性进化的一般规律和昆虫物种多样性形成的驱动力。
